this is one of the weirdier things i have done...online writing, more like diary(ing) and conversing with no one specific. somewhat like painting, but using words? above is my studio space, where i am spending most of my time, happily. for those familiar with the SAW building in carbondale, bare with me (literally) as i am trying to catch some people up on my whereabouts.
at this time i am adding images of my latest paintings and i am unable to edit them, so they are coming in all confused and such....
i am preparing for a solo bike trip from carbondale (outside of aspen) colorado to mentor-on-the lake, ohio...about 1700 miles or so. flat. mostly/hopefully, we all know how topo maps can lie...or be misread. i will leave this saturday, the 4th of august at about 5:00 am or so, just to beat as much of the heat as i can. for practice i am going to be posting the next couple of days to work some kinks out...let me know how this looks, comments much appreciated. thanks, b.
